Collection: Workplace Wellness Program
As the Future of Jobs Report 2024 highlighted, employee wellness has become the #1 priority for talent retention, jumping from 9th place in 2023 to the top spot by the end of 2024. Companies that invest in their employees' health see higher engagement, productivity, and retention.
This weight-loss challenge offers employees the opportunity to improve their health and fitness through a structured and supportive program. Participants will receive personalized diet and workout plans, educational materials, and regular activities to stay engaged. The individual who loses the highest percentage of weight by the end of the challenge will win an exciting reward.
